The Night Train to Berlin (by Melanie Hudson)

I love historical fiction books that are set during WWII. And the fact that this was a dual timeline was even better. The author has done a great job of blending of the difficult aspects of WWII with a heartwarming romance. There are some strong and dedicated female characters that will touch you. The characters are well developed and you are drawn into the story that allows you to experience the challenges they faced during this difficult time period. The hope that Alex and Eliza will meet again after the war kept me invested in the story and turning the pages to get to the end.

Thank you to NetGalley and One More Chapter for my advanced review copy. All opinions and thoughts are my own.
