The Cookbook Club (by Beth Harbison)

This book is classic women’s fiction. Take three very different women, life changing decisions, and relationships and you have a recipe for an interesting read. The characters are well developed and it was entertaining to see the friendships develop. The foodie talk was part of the story but didn’t take over the story of the lives of Trista, Margo, and Aja. Make sure you’re not hungry before you pick up the book because the meals described will have you salivating and rummaging in the kitchen for something to eat. The recipes at the end are an added bonus.

Thank you to NetGalley and William Morrow Paperbacks for my advanced review copy. All opinions and thoughts are my own.
