Oh my goodness! This was a fun version of A Man Called Ove. Between Hazel, Maggie, and Brenda, they had you chuckling. And you loved to absolutely hate Babs.
While the thought of suicide and the effort anyone would put into the act of ending their life is serious. But I don’t believe that was the purpose of this book. I believe the author wanted us to think about how we have no idea how much of a difference we make in the lives of people with which we interact. We often leave a lasting impression and can change the way a person views themselves, or how they see their life’s importance, etc.
I would definitely recommend you read this book.
