This book is difficult to rate and review. I just thought the book was okay. Part of that may be that I have not read the first two books in the series.
Ian’s insecurities grated on my nerves and Aimee’s contact with James made me angry. I agree with some of the other reviewers that this book does not work well as a stand alone…you need to have read the first two books to have a clearer picture.
I’m not sure this was a good use of my reading time. But might give the author another chance with a different book…especially if it’s part of a series and I can read the first one.
Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
